We accept debit/credit cards, FSA/HSA accounts, and some third-party payments. Sliding scale spots are limited and based on availability.
How much does therapy cost without insurance?
Private pay fees depend on the type of service.

What’s the pricing for Organizational Wellness services?
Pricing for organizations depends on factors like service type, duration, group size, and frequency. We’ll work with your budget – just reach out to start the conversation

How do I get started?
Start by filling out our Client Inquiry Form. After that, our intake team will review your information with 48 business hours and reach out to guide you through the next steps.
What should I expect in my first therapy session?
Your first session is all about getting to know each other. Your therapist will learn about you, your goals, and what brought you here. It’s a judgment-free space to explore what you need and how we can support you.
Who do you serve?
We support individuals ages 10 and up, including teens, adults, couples, and families. We center our services on BIPOC communities, but we welcome all who resonate with our mission.

Do you accept DCFS cases?
Yes we do! If you are referring a Youth in Care case, please complete the Referral Form and our team will follow up within 48 business hours.

Do you have a waitlist?
We try our best not to. If we’re full, we will let you know and provide additional options and/or resources. We don’t want you to have to wait for support. We will also add you to our internal waitlist and contact you as soon as an opening becomes available.
Is there new client paperwork?
Yes – once you’ve decided to move forward with our services, you’ll receive intake paperwork through our secure client portal. It must be completed before your first session.
I’ve completed the Client Inquiry Form – now what?
Awesome! Once your form is received, our team will review it and reach out via phone or email within 2 business days to help schedule your appointment and answer any follow-up questions. If you are requesting an emergency appointment or crisis counseling ~ please contact us directly via phone so there are no delays.
Are enrichment groups virtual or in-person?
Both! Some of our groups are offered virtually for flexibility, while others are hosted in person at our office or in community spaces. Group availability and format may vary throughout the year.
