It’s bigger than us. It’s about all of us.
Who We Are
The Me in the Making Foundation was created with one goal: to make mental wellness more than just a private conversation – to make it community work. Healing shouldn’t be limited to a therapy room; it should reach homes, schools, streets, and hearts – because let’s be real, that’s where it’s happening.

We exist to meet the needs of underserved communities, especially those who have been overlooked for far too long. Through outreach, education, and real connection, we’re building spaces where wellness is accessible, culturally relevant, and rooted in joy, not just survival.
We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit (Pending), proud to be expanding our impact beyond the walls of our practice.

Mission
Empowering underserved communities through a commitment to mental health services, outreach, and holistic well-being. We are dedicated to creating a compassionate and inclusive space that goes beyond traditional boundaries, addressing the unique challenges faced by individuals – particularly BIPOC populations – and fostering a community with the opportunity to thrive.
Our Guiding Principles
-
Holistic Wellness ~ Because well-being is more than therapy – it’s community, rest, education, and care
-
Resilience ~ The strength to rise, re-center, and keep going. Always
-
Collaboration ~ We grow stronger together
