Let’s be real – healing doesn’t always happen in silence or solitude. Sometimes it happens in a room of people who get it. Our enrichment groups are designed to feel like just that: a safe, real, and affirming space where you can be seen, heard, and supported – all without the pressure of it being “therapy.”
These aren’t your average support groups. Think of them as intentional gatherings where we talk about life, mental wellness, identity, and all the in-between moments that make us human. Each group is guided by a trained facilitator and blends conversation, reflection, and community – all through a culturally competent lens.
Groups run in cycles throughout the year, and we offer private group facilitation – so whether you’re part of a school, church, or community org, we can come to you and hold space, in your space.
