a community wellness organization providing accessible and culturally competent support and resources to individual and families throughout the Chicago-land area. We are dedicated to providing a supportive environment for growth where you are given the tools and skills needed to successfully shift through life's transitions. 

Me in the Making Wellness provides you with a safe, inclusive space where you feel valued, heard, and empowered on your wellness journey; while you unpack the world’s weight and learn to navigate through life.

We also provide community outreach as a means a means of empowering the community at large.
